
Game Projects

This game is a roguelike which the player can defeat monsters to gain items. After player's death, they can use the items to craft and gain buffs, making the player much stronger than before!
Although the game is still in early development, I am working very hard on it without any assets. So, I am trying to make my progress through the pixel art journey.

Game Art
In the beginning, I started making the each sprite to look unique with different colours.
Now, I use the same palette to make the art consistent. So there will be changes in the future!
Player
I have similar animations from Magicite but more dynamic from the body
Similar to Starbound, I tried to make the melee animation to look smooth and clear.

I kinda have the idea to make creatures which look adorable. I think it fits the style of the game!
After some time for training my art, I made this cute slime and add it to the game!
There is no game that has no skeleton. So, I made one! It took me a long time to make this.

This is a bit of a glimpse of a monster you might see in the deeper levels. I wonder where it spawns?
Background Art

The picture on the right is imagining a person travelling a plain land. There is a forest with little sunlight under, giving danger senses to the person.

I have always imagined the atmosphere of going to a cave at night. It is always important to have light before entering.

What is more?
There will more updates every few weeks. I woudl say the game currently is 1/15 completed. But there are so many things I want to add in the game but here are the features you might see in the future.
Various types of weapons. E.g. Melee, Range.
Monsters with different kind of attacks. Adding more levels for player to explore!
A crafting system for players to use the items to craft weapons, potions, armor , etc.
Buildings and NPCs in the townhall (Place where you respawn every time you die). Buildings like shops, tavern, blacksmith, etc.
Exclusive items/relics which are unique and can't be kept after player's death. They can dropped by monsters, or hidden chests around the map.
Generating a randomized map each run of the game.

A full version of the game in Steam for free! (That is going to take for a long time.) The game also includes sfx, original music and updated graphics.
Release Date?
It is still not confirmed yet as I have been busy with school and other stuff.
For now, I will work silently and if progress goes well. I will update my progress in social media.
Other Projects
In last summer, I have tried to make a Terraria mod, adding a few weapons and a hat.
Diamond Pickaxe
Flower Bow

I used like diamond pickaxe and my favorite color is blue.

In Terraria, there is no jungle bow for player to craft. So I made a bow which is made of vines and flowers.
This is the logo of the mod. It is a wizard hat that has strong reflection at one point

Aqua Sword
Crusher Blade

This is a weapon which can fire water sonic boom. It would be cool to have a water melee weapon in the game

This weapon is based on a weapon from Castle Crashers. This is re-imagined version so it has element effects when hurting enemies.
Terraria mod
Ashen Witch Hat

This is witch hat referencing a Light Novel Series Wandering Witch: Journey of Elaina. This is a rough idea of what it would looks like in full form.

The problem with vanity/armor in this game is that it restrict the size of the image. So the quality is lowered.
To import assets such as vanity, animations is required. Actions such as walking, jumping, etc.

Snake Mobile Game
This is a simple snake game which allow players to collect fruits until they bump onto the snake's body or onto the wall.
The data such as player's latest record and fruit intake are stored in a database.



Web game
This is a multiplayer which allows players to compete by mining various kind of ores.
You can mine ores that are rare to score higher points (diamond, ruby) and gain power-ups (e.g. golden pickaxe for faster mining speed).
The player will have 60 seconds to compete and mine as much ores as possible.
After that, the player will see each of their scores, how many ores does the player get and who wins.


I also drew the background for the game!

I tried to make it so that it looks like it can put in a lot of items inside.
This is inspired from a mod from Minecraft by Eydamos
Dark Moon
Drifting Boots
Flaming icicle Staff



This is a weapon from a reaper which appears during night.
Similar to rocket boots but it boosts your speed horizontally.
This was originally being added in Terraria mod. It shoots out fire and icicles at the same time.
